Vietnam’s PV Oil Co. is seeking to buy as much as 16,500 metric tons of gasoline and fuel oil for March delivery, the company said in documents e-mailed to potential suppliers.
PV Oil is a unit of state-owned Vietnam Oil & Gas Group, or PetroVietnam. Details of the tender are as follow:

Quantity:      8,600 to 10,500 tons
Delivery:      March 1 to March 5
Offers due:   Feb. 21, 11 a.m. local time
 
Product:        Fuel oil with 3 percent sulfur, 180-centistoke
Quantity:      4,000 to 6,000 tons
Delivery:      March 2 to March 5
Offers due:   Feb. 22, 10 a.m. local time
