Nine VLCCs Ship North Sea Crude to Asia Since December

Nine supertankers have shipped North Sea crude to Asia since December, according to vessel reports
and ship-tracking data from IHS Inc. (IHS) (IHS)
A 10th very large crude carrier, Atlantas, chartered by Occidental Petroleum Corp. (OXY) (OXY), the parent company of Phibro, is scheduled to arrive at Hound Point, the loading terminal of North Sea Forties crude, on May 15, and sail to South Korea, according to reports from shipbrokers.
Details of VLCC fixtures from the North Sea to Asia since December are as follows. The freight is in millions of dollars.
