Aim:
The aim of this training programme is to provide a ship operating company environmental internal auditor(s) with the knowledge and skills to carry out his/her responsibilities and duties in accordance with the relevant requirements of the ISO 14001 standard and established best practices of environmental auditing. Furthermore, to provide shore or shipboard personnel with feedback on the experience gained on the implementation of Environmental Management Systems and enhance understanding through practical exercises.
