Ukraine’s Steel Output Rose 18% in March, Researcher Says

Ukraine’s steel output rose 18 percent in March to 2.9 million metric tons from the previous month, according to researcher Delphica Project.
This is 6.2 percent less than the same month last year, Oleh Hnitetskyi, an analyst at the Kiev-based researcher, said in an e-mailed statement today.
Average daily output in March rose about 10 percent from February, the researcher said.
