Bharat Petroleum Seeks Crude Oil for April Loading in Tender

Bharat Petroleum Corp., India’s second-largest state-run oil refiner, issued a tender seeking to buy crude oil for loading from April 1 to April 15, according to a document obtained by Bloomberg News. The contract will be awarded on Feb. 29.
Last month, the company bought 2 million barrels of Nigerian Qua Iboe for loading in March from Exxon Mobil Corp. and 1 million barrels of Forcados for February from Vitol Group.
Details of the Mumbai-based refiner’s requirements are:
 
Crude:                  Low-sulfur
Loading:              April 1 to April 15
Price:                    Free-on-board basis, Dated Brent related
Offers close:        Part 1 - Expression of interest: Feb. 27
                             Part 2 - Submission of offers: Feb. 28
Validity:               Feb. 29
