Course Objective:
In this highly interactive course we examine the crucial need to get and keep customers in an increasingly competitive market.
We
will focus on the challenges facing us in working in a global business
and dealing with customers from other countries and culture who may have
differing experiences and expectations from our own.
We will
also look at the importance of delivering great service to our internal
customers and how to do it in a multi-cultural environment. Great
emphasis will be placed on the importance of communication and we will
also look at the taps that await the unwary when working across
cultures.
