Emphasis :  
The module explains a practical application of hazard identification, risk assessment and management methods in accordance with the objectives of the “TMSA Best Practice Guidance” particularly with regard to the management of change process. A systematic approach and the application techniques for incident investigation based on the requirements of TMSA element 8 is imparted. Individual steps of the process are exemplified with practical exercises.

*Practical step-by-step approach to risk assessment: system and hazard identification
*The application of change management according to TMSA
*Methods of incident investigation and analysis according to TMSA
