Russia, Finland clinch shipbuilding partnership

Russia and Finland have agreed on partnership in shipbuilding.The corresponding memorandum was signed by Russia’s Trade and Industry Minister Viktor Khristenko and Finland’s Minister of the Economy Yuri Hyakyamies.
Russia and Finland will carry out joint projects to build ships and shipping facilities for the Arctic regions.
Khristenko underscored the importance of establishing partnerships in the shipbuilding industry in order to enter the world market.
