INTERCEM Fuels Forum 2018
Date(s) - 24/01/2018
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Royal Olympic Hotel, Athens, Greece
A new addition to the INTERCEM programme for 2018, the INTERCEM Fuels Forum will convene the day after the INTERCEM Shipping Forum in Athens, Greece in January 2018.
Expenditure on fuels contributes more than a third of the total cost of cement production, and increasingly companies are looking for ways to make savings across the energy supply chain.
The INTERCEM Fuels Forum will offer delegates an insight into what the New Year holds for fuels markets and will focus on bringing attendees the latest insight, analysis and market forecasts for coal, petcoke and RDF – as well as addressing the efficiency improvements, transportation, handling and storage of solid fuels for cement production.
A specially-invited panel of internationally recognised speakers will look at key topics including:
- Forecasts for the international solid fuels markets
- International trading of RDF
- Optimising the energy supply chain for cement production
- Logistics, handling and storage
Athens is situated at the crossroads of Europe, the Middle East and North Africa and presents an ideal meeting place particularly for delegates from across these three important regions and beyond to come together for this leading Forum at the start of the New Year.
