Indonesia’s Pertamina eyes up to $12 bln LNG export deals with Pakistan, Bangladesh

Indonesian state energy company Pertamina hopes to finalise liquefied natural gas (LNG) export deals with Pakistan LNG Ltd and Bangladesh’s Petrobangla this year, said Deputy Energy Minister Arcandra Tahar.

The contracts for the shipment of a total of between 2 million tonnes and 3 million tonnes per year for 10 years are estimated to be worth a total of up to $12 billion, he said.
