Brazil attending as observer at OPEC+ oil producers meeting -Venezuelan minister

Brazil is participating as an observer at a meeting of OPEC and non-OPEC oil producers, the so-called OPEC+, in Vienna on Friday, Venezuelan Oil Minister Manuel Quevedo said in a speech opening the meeting.
