Dry Bulk FFA: Capesize Market on the Up

Capesize FFA Commentary:
Both paper and physical saw significant gains as the week drew to a close. C5 fixtures were reported up to 5.00 although appeared to be focused on end Feb dates while the Atlantic was being talked higher without many details emerging. The paper buying was one again fairly erratic although we ended on a steady note. Good weekend to all.

Panamax FFA Commentary:
A quiet start to the day with rates range bound in the morning as March traded $7900-8000 and Q2 hovered around $8550. We saw some late bid interest across the curve which made the afternoon more active as Q2 pushed to a high of $8800 and Q234 printed $8767 before running into some sellers. Have a good weekend.

Supramax FFA Commentary
A strong end to the Supramax paper week as the curve was reaching new highs throughout. Q2 was paid $9000 and the Cal 18 $9100. Have a good evening and a great weekend.

Handysize FFA Commentary
A quiet end to handysize week, however we did see Q234 trade 6925. Have a good evening and a great weekend.
