Course objectives

Training course providing skills and understanding to design, assess and deliver maritime training programmes. Those who successfully complete the course will be able to teach a maritime competence-based course effectively using appropriate methods and teaching aids. The program includes the planning and relational aspects related to training, focusing on the characteristics of professional tutors/teachers participating in the course and the type of training provided.

The targets will be focused on:

– Provide a global view of educational processes, effective use of different approaches and methods adjusted for the learning targets and trainees
– Strengthen communication skills and the relationship both for individual and classroom trainings
