Fujairah has imported 295,000 b/d of fuel oil in September, a 86,000 b/d decline from August, according to cargo tracker Vortexa.

Iran has dominated Fujairah’s fuel oil imports so far this month, accounting for 31% of the port’s total. Russia (27%) and Iraq (20%) have been the UAE port’s second and third biggest fuel oil import sources.

Fujairah’s fuel oil exports have declined by a massive 120,000 b/d to 366,000 b/d. The bulk of fuel oil exports from Fujairah has departed for Singapore (45%), followed by the US (7%) and Saudi Arabia (6%).

On the other hand, the port’s middle distillate stocks have slumped, averaging 14% lower on the month.
