Hanseaticsoft brings its visionary suite of maritime software to Sea Asia

Hanseaticsoft, a leading provider of maritime software, is attending the 7th Sea Asia conference in Singapore, on 9-11 April 2019 as the company continues with expansion plans and bringing its suite of maritime software to the attention of shipping companies in the region.

Sea Asia is Asia’s premier maritime and offshore event held in conjunction with Singapore Maritime Week. Hanseaticsoft will be sharing a booth with Lloyds Register (LR) who made a significant investment in the company in 2017.

Thomas Gutek, Head of Projects and Products at Hanseaticsoft and YiCheng Liu, Senior Sales Manager will be on hand to meet with delegates to talk about how their innovative cloud-based shipping software is transforming how shipping companies operate and to demonstrate the system.

Hanseaticsoft’s software is enabling companies to streamline business and management processes so that they can achieve greater efficiencies and profitability. It’s also improving collaboration between teams on shore and at sea and creating a connected workplace culture that supports strategic business goals.

Almost 50 shipping companies, including OSM Maritime Group in Singapore, are using Hanseaticsoft’s Cloud Fleet Manager (CFM), a web-based platform, to manage their fleet. CFM enables them to manage inspections, crew management, purchasing, maintenance and other processes, in real time using apps and mobile devices.

Alexander Buchmann, Managing Director of Hanseaticsoft GmbH said: “Cloud-technology is increasingly affordable and accessible for maritime companies. It doesn’t require big expense on new infrastructure or training. Most crew will be able to use the system with little to no training as the software is very intuitive, and they can be up and running quickly and easily.

“We’re looking forward to meeting with potential customers at Sea Asia and explaining how cloud technology could enhance and drive their business forward. Cloud-technology is the future of shipping and we encourage those not already taking advantage of this technology to visit us at booth B2-C01 to find out more.”
