This year’s college included a program on the cutting edge of external environmental changes such as digital transformation (DX) and sustainability, intensive sessions on strategic thinking and leadership, and a dialogue with the President & CEO, and on the final day, each participant gave a presentation called “My MOL Vision 2035” to MOL top executives.
MOL announced its plan to establish Human Capital Strategy Division in January 2023, reflecting MOL’s recognition of its group-wide human resources as “human capital” that creates new value, a key element of the next MOL management plan. The company will launch an organizational structure that plans and executes overall human capital-related policies, including overseas regional organizations, and formulate a new human capital strategy.
MOL Group will continue to promote human resource development as a global group, including the “One MOL Global Management College”, and cultivate diverse personnel who can embody MOL CHARTS and produce results and value in a global environment, and create an organization that can bring innovative ideas forward and pursue challenging initiatives.
