Indonesia’s SKK Migas sees 6 oil and gas projects onstream by year end-spox
Indonesia’s upstream oil and gas regulator, SKK Migas, expects six oil and gas projects to come on stream before the end of the year, spokesman Wisnu Prabawa Taher told reporters on Tuesday.
The new projects will give the country a total combined additional production capacity of 124 million standard cubic feet per day (mmscfd) of gas and around 8,500 barrels of oil per day (bpd), Taher said.
Among the projects that are expected to come on stream soon are PT Medco Energi Internasional’s Buntal-5 project in South Natuna Sea block B and Exxon Mobil’s Kedung Keris field, he said.
