Last part former hammer mill in port of Rotterdam let out

Visser van Raalte (Vivar) has entered into a long-term lease with the Port of Rotterdam Authority for leasing commercial accommodation, an outdoor site, and a quay at the RDM Campus site in Rotterdam. The leased property is part of the ‘Grofsmederij’ (hammer mill).
In the past few years, it was thoroughly renovated by the Port of Rotterdam Authority. With Vivar leasing the last part, the entire Grofsmederij is now let out to various parties active in maritime and logistic services.
