Maersk turns insights into investments

During the opening ceremony of the Buenaventura facility, which is located in Quilicura, the northern region of Santiago, Chile, Dean Rodin, Managing Director for Maersk West Coast South America was interviewed about new investments and plans for the area. He said during his speech:

‘’Part of our goal of transforming into an end-to-end logistics integrator is to make our customers’ logistics chains more flexible and resilient. For this reason, we continue to invest in the Latin American region. We are confident in the growth potential of Peru and Chile which is reflected in the opening of new stores such as Buenaventura, San Ignacio and Lurin.’’

The Buenaventura facility is 24,900 sqm in size and is only 23kms from the airport, with quick access to main highways. Its location close to strategic and economic centres of the area will help us serve you better.
