MTM Logix Launches the world’s first ChatGPT-based AI tool in supply chain sector

The supply chain sector took a major step towards automation — it now has its first AI tool based on ChatGPT in the world. Launched by logistics company MTM Logix, the online solution can instantly calculate and generate vital information to enhance logistics. This new tech tool is the best ally for companies that need fast and precise real-time data to improve their businesses.

MTM Logix’s AI tool can automatically calculate the best scenario for its clients’ supply chain needs. For instance, in a matter of seconds a company can learn how many boxes of wine bottles (or any product) can be placed on a pallet. The user will just be required to provide a few details, such as the weight and dimensions of each box, and the AI will work on it. This will save a company’s time and resources in about 20% to 30%.

The ChatGPT-based tool will constantly learn and have new features added by using raw data provided in real-time by MTM Logix. Clients will soon be able to generate forecasts and create customized spreadsheets that integrate data from several different sources. Currently, only clients subscribed to OpenAI’s Pro plan can access the tool.

We are constantly feeding it with more information to learn more from the data we have of all our client, making it more intuitive in a “you can do it easily” manner. Our AI tool can work with complex calculations that repositories cannot compute, it also will be able to start forecasting some potential issues through the supply chain in order to avoid them or address them better based on past similar experiences. AI is a growing industry with investments approaching USD$200 billion worldwide by 2025, according to a survey by Goldman Sachs. However, many industries are still in an early phase of adopting AI with few companies ready to manage and implement it. According to Veraldo, the technological revolution taking place now will shape the global supply chain and the logistics industry over the next 25 years.
