Russian agriculture minister says adjusted grain export duties to be in effect from July 1, Interfax says

Russian Agriculture Minister Oksana Lut said on Friday that adjusted grain export duties would be in effect from July 1, the Interfax news agency reported.

Russia said earlier it was declaring a federal emergency in a number of regions because of damage to crops from May frosts, a measure that will help farmers with extra funds but which officials said should not derail export obligations.
