Russia’s Gazprom, Venezuela’s PDVSA in talks on new gas projects in Venezuela – RIA

Russia’s Gazprom and Venezuela’s state-run oil company PDVSA are discussing cooperation in new gas projects in Venezuela, with a decision to be made in coming weeks, Russia’s RIA news agency reported on Sunday.

“Now, we are at a new stage of cooperation, primarily in issues related to exploration and production in new gas fields,” RIA cited Venezuela’s Foreign Minister Yvan Gil Pinto as telling it an interview. “These issues will be decided over the coming weeks.”
