Spot Trade Muted, Angola Reduces Offer Levels Again

Spot activity was muted on Friday with Angola reducing its offer levels for a second time and IOC taking crude in a tender.
India’s IOC was said to have bought a cargo of Congolese Djeno from Total in its latest tender for April 14-23 loading.
Angola’s state oil company Sonangol reduced its offers for April loading Cabinda at dated Brent plus $2.20 and Dalia at dated Brent minus 20 cents.
