Suezmax Advantage Sky (156,700 DWT, Feb 2010, Jiangsu Rongsheng) sold for USD 18.80 mil, VV value 30.05 mil – On Subs, At Auction, Inc below market TC to shell at 17.5k pd, Delivery as is Durban under Coronavirus restrictions.

Handy Chemical Tanker Noble Spirit (45,300 DWT, Jan 2001, Minami Nippon) sold for USD 6.70 mil, VV value USD 8.45 mil.

Bulker: Bulker values have softened slightly as rates continue to fall, particularly for the smaller tonnage.

Handy Bulker (Open Hatch) Clipper Kamoshio (32,200 DWT, Jul 2009, Kanda) sold to Newport SA for USD 7.20 mil, VV value USD 8.46 mil – DD Due.

Handy Bulker Pacific Huron (30,000 DWT, May 2010, Yangzhou Guoyu Shipbuilding) sold for USD 6.10 mil, VV value USD 6.83 mil – SS/DD Due.

Container: Container values have softened slightly.

ULCV Seaspan Falcon (11,923 TEU, Apr 2018, Jiangsu Yangzi Xinfu) sold to Bank of Communications for USD 85.20 mil, VV value USD 93.23 mil – BBB.
