Tanker: Tanker values have remained stable. Softening in older tonnage is due to a softening in Scrap prices.

LR1s King Douglas and King Daniel (73,700 DWT, Jun – Sep 2008, New Times Shipbuilding) sold in an en bloc transaction for USD 13.5 mil each.

MR2s Alpine Minute and Alpine Mystery (50,000 DWT, Mar – Sep 2009, Hyundai Mipo) sold to Norden in an en bloc transaction for USD 16.9 mil each.

Bulker: Bulker values have remained stable with the exception of Panamaxes which have softened in mid age tonnage.

Capesizes New Shanghai (180,100 DWT, Jan 2011, Dalian), New Taizhou & New Huzhou (176,000 DWT, Jun 2010, Jinhai) and New Quzhou (175,900 DWT, Sep 2010, Jinhai) sold to Berge Bulk for an en bloc price of USD 98.0 mil.

Panamax Hull 200 (81,600 DWT, Jan 2019, Tsuneishi Zhoushan) sold to BW Dry Cargo for USD 30.0 mil, VV value 28.71 mil.

Panamax Alcyon (75,200 DWT, Feb 2001, Hyundai Samho) sold for USD 7.45 mil, VV value USD 7.92 mil.

Container: All older tonnage has softened in value due to a softening in scrap prices.

Handy Heung A Laem Chabang (1,785 TEU, Oct 2016, Dae Sun) sold to Kotoku Kaiun for USD 20.0 mil, VV value USD 17.95 mil.

Feedermaxes ER Sydney (1,102 TEU, Aug 2005, Vard Tulcea) and ER Hobart (1,118 TEU, Sept 2005, Jinling Shipyard Jiangsu) sold in an en bloc deal to Vega Reederei for USD 4.0 mil each. VV value USD 3.96 mil and USD 4.37 mil respectively.
