Alphaliner boosts API suite

Alphaliner, pioneer and leading provider of in-depth analysis to the liner shipping industry, combined with advanced solutions for liner shipping professionals, has released a series of improvements to its API Hub platform.

The new APIs in Alphaliner’s API Hub are aimed at assisting a variety of professionals such as cargo owners,port or terminal operators, network planners, trade managers, supply chain analysts, ship brokers and others, with their day-to-day routines. These latest upgrades were developed after hearing the most common pain points shared by the Liner Shipping community. Understanding Containership transit times, optimizing the supply chains, retrospective analysis to identify patterns and trends, better strategic planning, insights into the cellular orderbook, among others, are addressed in Alphaliner’s new APIs.

API Hub will now provide access to historical service data related to global Liner trades, port rotation transit times, detailed vessel databases, tracking of ship movements, and more. The APIs can be easily integrated into any company’s existing IT systems, helping it identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
