Ports unaffected by quake, no work day declared for government agencies

Port operations in the Philippines have not so far been affected by the 6.1 magnitude earthquake which shook parts of Luzon yesterday (22 April).

However, the Government has declared no work today (23 April) for government agencies. The Bureau of Customs is working with skeleton staff only.
