Iraqi crude oil export revenue exceed USD6b

Iraqi exports of crude oil by the end of March 2019 generated over USD6 billion in revenues to exceed 104 million barrels.

An Oil Ministry statement confirmed “Iraq’s total exports of crude oil in March reached about 104.6 million barrels, at an average of 3.377 million barrels per day.”

Around USD6.6 billion in revenue was registered last month from crude oil exports in Iraq, the ministry revealed, with an average sale price of USD63.8 a barrel.

It added “Iraq exported 100.8 million barrels from the country’s central and southern oilfields, and 3.063 million barrels from the northern province of Kirkuk, in addition to 722,954 barrels of oil from Qayyara oilfield in the northern province of Nineveh.”
