AMP Issues A New Call For Bids For The Construction Of The Fiscal Dock Of Puerto Armuelles

The Panama Maritime Authority (AMP) announces a new call for tenders for the Study, Design, Development, Approval of Plans and Construction of the new Fiscal Dock of Puerto Armuelles, in the district of Baru, province of Chiriqui.

The public act “Tender for best value: 2022-2-03-0-04-LV-009201” is now available on the website of the Electronic System of Public Procurement, Panama Compras (www.panamacompras.gob.pa).

The important project, which is valued at approximately 20 million dollars, includes the studies, designs, development and approval of the plans and construction of the New Fiscal Dock of Puerto Armuelles, as well as the supply of furniture, tools, equipment and materials necessary for the perfect operation of the offices and the dock area.

The AMP recognizes the direct impact on the economy that the construction of this dock will bring, by promoting the creation of jobs and the reactivation of tourism not only in the area but throughout the West of Chiriqui.
