Missile fired by Houthi militants strikes owned container ship -US military

An anti-ship ballistic missile fired by Iran-backed Houthi militants struck a Marshall Islands-flagged, U.S.-owned and operated container ship on Monday, the U.S. military said in a post to social media platform X.

The ship has reported no injuries or significant damage and is continuing its journey, the post said.
